READ: This is a handmade item by Magic Dolls. The babies aren’t perfect, but each one is unique, just like real babies! The babies are made in a two-part mold, so there will be seams, as well as a round or square area on the top of the head, which looks beautiful because it resembles the soft, spongy bump of a newborn. Since the babies are made of very soft silicone and a two-part mold, there will be seams or other imperfections due to the softness of the silicone.
If you don’t want seams on your baby, then don’t buy, or at least be aware of this. These seams are not defects and are part of the molding process. The babies may also have birthmarks or marks left in the silicone from molding or sculpting (raised, indented, painted, or cosmetic). Babies may also have acne or fine bumps in some areas. The armpits may have extra skin when the arms are raised. None of these are considered defects or flaws. These are attributes of handmade silicone dolls.
